A whole beef is the most economical way to stock your freezer with premium, locally raised beef while giving you the flexibility to customize your cuts to fit your family's needs.

• 12–16 New York Strip Steaks
• 20–24 Bone-In Ribeye Steaks
• 8–12 Filet Mignon (Tenderloin) Steaks
• 4–8 Sirloin Steaks
• 4–8 Chuck-Eye Steaks
• 8–12 Denver Steaks (¾"–1" thick)
• 4 Flat Iron Steaks (¾"–1" thick)

• 32–48 Tenderized Cutlets
• 8 Packages of Fajita Meat (Flank, Flap, or Skirt Steak)

Ground Beef

• Approximately 140–160 lbs of Ground Beef packaged in 1 lb packages
• Includes up to 20 lbs of pre-made hamburger patties
• Ground beef is approximately 85/15 lean-to-fat ratio

Steak Specifications

• Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin, and Chuck-Eye Steaks are cut approximately 1¼" thick.
• Filet Mignon (Tenderloin) Steaks are cut by weight rather than thickness for consistency.
