Onion Creek Ranch is owned and operated by first-generation full-time producers James and Chelsea Davis along with their two children, JC & Madelyn in Ellis County, Texas. As we have grown our operation we are proud to now bring ranch-raised beef directly from our pasture to your family’s table. Our beef steers are raised on open pasture with plenty of room to roam and are grain-finished for a minimum of 150 days for exceptional flavor and tenderness. We raise every steer without added growth hormones or antibiotics. 

The way we care for our land and cattle directly impacts the quality of the beef you receive. Through intentional stewardship, rotational grazing, and the use of cover crops, we focus on building healthy soil and healthy steers that produce rich, flavorful beef you can trust. Our ability to market our beef directly to you, the consumer, maintains a strong connection to how and where your beef is raised.
