Includes:

• Approximately 100-110 pounds of professionally packaged beef and require 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space.
• Pasture-raised and grain-finished for a minimum of 150 days
• Processing and packaging at a USDA-inspected facility included
• Individually vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen for maximum freshness and long freezer life
• Premium assortment including steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket, and ground beef

A mixed quarter beef represents an equal share of one half beef. Because the entire half is processed uniformly, custom cut options are not available. Each quarter follows our recommended cut sheet to ensure fairness and consistency. A quarter beef is a great option for smaller households or first-time bulk beef buyers. It provides a variety of premium cuts while offering convenience and value without the need for customization.

Typical Cuts Breakdown:

Steaks

• 4-6 New York Strip Steaks
• 4–6 Bone-In Ribeye Steaks
• 2–3 Filet Mignon (Tenderloin) Steaks
• 2-3 Sirloin Steaks
• 1 Flat Iron Steak 

Family Favorites

• 8–12 Tenderized Cutlets
• 1 Package of Short Ribs

Roasts

• 2 Chuck Roasts
• 1 Rump Roast
• 1 Arm Roast

Additional Cuts

• 3–4 Packages of Stew Meat (1 lb packages)
• Shank/Soup Bones

Ground Beef

• 35–40 lbs of Ground Beef (1 lb packages)
• Ground beef is approximately 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio

Payment Terms

This purchase is for a non-refundable deposit only.

The total price of a 1/4 Beef Package is $2,000.00. By placing this order, you are paying a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your beef.

The remaining balance of $1,000.00 is due prior to or at the time of delivery or pickup. A final invoice will be emailed to you 30 days before your beef is ready. We will reach out to you to arrange delivery/pickup options. 

Because we reserve cattle, processing appointments, and freezer inventory specifically for your order, deposits are non-refundable.
