A quarter beef is a great option for smaller households or first-time bulk beef buyers. It provides a variety of premium cuts while offering convenience and value without the need for customization.
A quarter beef represents an equal share of one half beef. Because the entire half is processed uniformly, custom cut options are not available. Each quarter follows our recommended cut sheet to ensure fairness and consistency.
